How do I order?

Ordering your food is easy! Simply head to our online store, choose your desired products, select your delivery date and location, and place your order. We will take care of the rest!

How far in advance do I need to order?

You can order up until 12pm for catering next day!

Is there a minimum order cost?

There is a minimum order cost of £40.00.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies?

Yes, we can accommodate a variety of dietary restrictions and allergies, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, dairy free, nut free etc. Please select products that suits your dietary requirements when placing your order or contact us if you have any questions.

When do you deliver?

Choose your delivery day at checkout. Our courier partner DPD delivers between 8am-6pm Tuesday-Saturday. DPD will text you on your selected delivery day with a 2-hour delivery slot. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver at a set hour, but you can choose a guaranteed before midday delivery at checkout. If required by a certain time, we recommend booking for the day before – just pop your items in the fridge and they will be perfect the next day.

Do you charge extra for delivery?

Standard next day delivery is free of charge, or you can upgrade your delivery time to pre 12pm for £5.50 or pre 10:30am for £12.95.

Can I cancel an order?

Yes, however we kindly ask for 72 hours notice.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver across Great Britain mainland. Unfortunately, we can’t currently deliver to the Highlands, Islands or Northern Ireland.

Who produces the food?

All our food is prepared by our chefs on the day your order is due to be shipped in our 5-star hygiene rated kitchen facility. It is then packed immediately to ensure freshness. We are an established caterer since 2008.

How long will the items last?

Typically, we advise for the best quality to enjoy your ordered catering on the day of delivery – however, if popped into the fridge this will be perfectly fine the next day also!

Is your packaging sustainable?

All our packaging is either reusable or recyclable.

Where do you source your ingredients?

We use the finest possible ingredients and whenever we can we always try to source British seasonal produce. All of our sandwiches, fillings and cakes are handmade in Berkshire. Our eggs are laid at Beechwood Farm, less than 8 miles from our main kitchen.

Can I pay with my credit card?

Yes, we have a secure payment system, which allows you to make payment safely and easily.

Can I open a credit account?

Yes. If you contact us we will be able to send you an credit application form so we can invoice you with 30 days credit from day of delivery.

Why has VAT been added to my order?

Crumbs charges VAT according to HMRC guidelines. Some items incur VAT and some items do not. The VAT incurred will always be calculated and displayed at checkout and on your order confirmation invoice.
